Christian churches in Egypt, Orthodox, Catholic and Protestant, are dedicating a full week to praying for the world. This begins on Saturday February 8 - Friday February 14. The schedule is as follows:
Saturday : St. George's Church in Manial
Sunday: in all churches
Monday: the Basilica of the Catholic Church
Tuesday : All Saints Episcopal Cathedral
Wednesday: St. Mark's Cathedral in Al Abbasia
Thursday: the Greek Orthodox Church of the Holy Archangels
Friday: the Evangelical Church in Giza
Next Wednesday prayers will begin in Mark Cathedral in Al Abbasia at 6:30 pm in the presence of representatives from the global church
